No, and the certificate says so on its face. Clause 13.2 of the Terms of Enrolment puts it plainly: a certificate from the Academy is a certificate of completion only. It is not a diploma, it is not a certification, it is not recognised by any Medical Council, any university or any Bar body, and it does not by itself carry continuing medical education credit. The same words appear on the certificate and on its public verification page.

What you may do with it is in clause 13.4: say truthfully that you completed the named course on the stated date, and show it. What you must not do is describe yourself as certified, accredited, qualified, specialised, approved or recognised on the strength of it.

Yes. Module one and its quiz open without payment, in every course. We ask for your name and your email address and nothing else. No card is asked for, nothing is charged, and nothing is charged later unless you choose to enrol.

Twelve months from the day you enrol. One payment. No subscription, and nothing renews by itself.

When the twelve months end the modules close. Your quiz results are kept, and your certificate, if it has issued, does not expire. If you want to read the course again you may enrol again at the price in force on that day, and you carry on from where you were rather than starting over.

Tell us within seven days, with no more than two of the eight modules completed, and the whole fee comes back. No reason needed.

Separately, and with no time limit at all, if a course is not as described or is materially defective you are entitled to a refund whenever you find that out. Reading module one costs nothing and is not a purchase, so no refund question arises on it.

The founding price is limited to the first 200 paid enrolments in that course, counted by our own system rather than promised in an advertisement. When those places are gone the standing price is what the order is created at.

For Medicolegal Essentials the gap has a specific reason: the standing price is what the course costs once its eight recorded modules are in it, and those are being filmed. If they are released inside your twelve months they appear in your course at no further charge. We do not promise a date for them, and you should not read one into any page. A price rise never applies to a course you have already paid for.

No. No goods and services tax is charged, because the practice is below the threshold under section 22(1) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. If that changes, any tax that applies is shown before you pay and is never added after. Where no tax is shown, none is being charged.

Most of what the courses cover is central law and applies wherever in India you practise: the professional conduct regulations, the consumer jurisdiction, the criminal law, records, consent, telemedicine, the drugs rules and the data protection Act.

Where a subject is State law, premises registration above all, the module says so, works Maharashtra through in full as the worked example, and the handout asks you to record the position in your own State rather than assuming it is the same.

No. It is education. Clauses 5, 6 and 7 of the Terms say it in terms: the Academy is not your adviser, no relationship of advocate and client arises from taking a course, and nothing in it is an opinion on anything you are actually dealing with.

If you have a live matter, that is a separate engagement and the Terms tell you how to ask for it.

Every proposition in a module rests on a law map built for that course, and each module ends with the authorities it relied on and a numbered list of what is genuinely unsettled. Where a point could not be confirmed against the primary text, the module says so on the page rather than filling the gap.

Yes. Five, ten or twenty five seats in any course, or in all three. Each person enrols in their own name through a private link and keeps their own certificate; the institution sees who has finished, and never sees anyone's answers or scores.

Yes. Every page is built for a phone first, the text size is adjustable, there is a dark reading mode, and the course remembers where you stopped. The handouts print from the site, and the certificate prints or saves as an image.

Your name, email, specialty if you give one, progress and quiz results, and nothing else. We ask for no medical registration number and no identity number. Every page you read carries your name and email so that copies can be traced, which the Data and Privacy Notice states plainly.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, and the Notice says exactly what a withdrawal removes and what it does not.

Each module is reviewed at least once during your twelve months. Changes are dated on a What Has Changed page inside your course and emailed to you at no further charge, and a change never shortens your access or removes something you paid for.

We do not undertake that a course is current at every moment, because one amendment we had not reached would make that untrue. If you find something, write to us and it gets fixed and dated.
