Seats for a team

Buy five, ten or twenty five seats in any course, or any number of seats in the hospital staff course, which is available in English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu for your staff. Each person enrols in their own name through a private link, sits the quizzes themselves and receives their own certificate. You receive a dashboard showing who has finished, and a letter you can file.

How it works

You tell us the institution, the course and the number of seats. Pay by card or UPI and the seats open at once, or ask for an invoice and pay by bank transfer. Hospitals almost always want the invoice, so that is not the slower path, it is the normal one.

We send you one claim link for each seat. You pass them to whoever is to take the course. Nobody is enrolled by you: the person opening the link gives their own name and email and agrees to the terms themselves, which is what makes the certificate theirs.

A seat that nobody claims stays open for the whole of the team's twelve months. If somebody leaves before claiming, give the link to the next person.

You get a private dashboard showing each seat: claimed or not, how many of the eight modules that person has passed, and whether the certificate has issued.

Essentials is Medicolegal Essentials. Clinic is Clinic Compliance and Social Media. Aesthetic is Aesthetic and Dermatology Practice. All three is one seat on each of them for the same person. Hospital staff is Medicolegal Essentials for Hospital Staff, for front desk, nursing, OT, ward, lab and security staff, and it is sold in any number of seats: 1 to 4 seats Rs. 299 each, 5 to 9 seats Rs. 260 each, 10 to 24 seats Rs. 240 each, 25 to 49 seats Rs. 220 each, 50 or more seats Rs. 199 each. The column shows those figures at five, ten and twenty five.

The price of every seat is set by the size of the whole order, up to 500 seats on one order.

One payment. No renewal, no subscription, nothing charged later. Every seat carries twelve months of access to every module, every quiz, the final quiz and the certificate, counted from the day the order is activated rather than from the day each person claims a seat.

Two things worth knowing before you compare

A team seat is priced against the standing price of the course, not against the founding price. If you need fewer than five seats, buy them one at a time at the founding price while it lasts: it will cost you less than a team order, and we would rather tell you that than take the larger figure.

No GST is charged. The practice is below the threshold in section 22(1) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and the invoice says so on its face. We do not ask for a tax registration number and we do not print identity numbers on anything.

For your training records

On request we issue a letter to the institution naming the course, its contents, the hours, the people who completed it and the dates, which you can file with your training records. Each participant also has an individually numbered certificate that verifies publicly on this site.

What the dashboard does not show. You will see whether a person has passed a module and whether their certificate has issued. You will not see their answers, their scores or how many attempts they took, and neither will we send them to you. They are taking a course, not an examination set by their employer, and a doctor who thinks the marks go to the medical director does not learn anything from the wrong answers.
